No, but perhaps for some people, like Clo and KTC, it will reduce the financial impact of Winter.

That being said, the drop in the price of crude has certainly NOT done much to reduce the price of gas here in SoCal. I filled-up yesterday and it cost me 25 cents a gallon MORE than just before Christmas. At the name brand stations gas is back up to over $3.19 for regular.
