BTW - Do you have a tank that you fill with heating oil? Or are you on natural gas,,, or maybe coal? When I was a kid Back East - we used coal for heating. We had a stove in the "main" room. Would leave the doors open to the bedrooms so some heat could move into them. We cooked on that stove too.
