How is it OK with Scalia that he chooses to redefine for himself the wording of the First Amendment yet demands that the Second is sacred and must be accepted without any speculation whatsoever as to what our Founding Fathers had in mind? In the case of the First, he is still under the impression that it only applies to Christianity or at least Judeo/Christian beliefs. He is unwilling to accept the idea that citizens have the right to choose no religion at all and that the State must avoid the "establishment" of ANY religion, PERIOD!
