...IMHO these guys are primarily dedicated to getting publicity for themselves or their agenda. Much like the Hands Up Don't Shoot crowd. If there is a way to do it I would keep the media out of the way. The fbi / atf whatever have the hosses to take em out but it would only stir up more crap like the Branch Davidian or Ruby Ridge nonsense.
...back to guns if ya don't mind. I have a few and have no intention of going toe to toe with the might of the federal government. Thing is that if there is a disaster here locally as serious as katrina, I may need one. Cops was going around just shooting people for grins and giggles if I remember correctly. Gangs were running around doing whatever they chose as well. I am far more likely to pick up my guns to help my government than I am to fight it.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
