There is no individual right to bear arms. Never was. Every SCOTUS sad so, for over 200 years till Scalia invented it. There never even was the suggestion. And even he came up with a narrow interpretation about somebody keeping it at home, in DC, for self protection. A gun, not rifle, not anything. He knows he couldn't go further. Bcause he made it up.
