Antonin Scalia is the asshole who is fkng with the English language. He took part of the whole 2nd Amendment sentence and turned it into a whole standalone sentence itself, out of context. That's why this country is getting so fkd up day after day. Bullshit rules everywhere.

There is NO individual right to bear arms, and the second amendment is about who controls regulated militia who have a right to EXIST.
