Ban all guns, now

I wouldn't have a problem with common sense gun laws either as long as I get to define what common sense is.

Why no one has sued against any indvidual owning a gun so that the case will go to tne SCOTUS, and we can be done with it?

Maybe the old west mentality and gun culture, John Wayne, Wyatt Earp, etc?

I cannot see any other reason(s).

And to make it clear, I do not oppose gun ownership. I oppose loopholed, unregulated gun and weapons owneship. I loved the old west, love the west, rustlers and outlaws, and as a kid i always had my toy gunbelt and guns on me. But, all that has nothing to do with the constitution and the state of guns today, which is just a fkng business many innocents pay for its unregulated success with their lives.
