...again, if he thought it was a toy gun, why did he call the cops? The answer to that is that he thought it might not be a toy.
...I think the cops are trained to shoot if they see certain things or certain activities and that this training is like the zero tolerance policies in schools where ya have had kids suspended for drawing pictures of guns. There is a ZERO TOLERANCE policy in the behavior of individuals dealing with cops as well. I'd rather have cops with common sense than cops with a hard set of rules to go by under any and all circumstances.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
