We heard someone up the street playing Christmas songs this evening on trumpet. After he was done, Joey had the idea to put on a small concert. We parked an amp on the front porch and he did half an hour of Christmas music. It wasn't too loud, so I don't know how many neighbors noticed. Some did, though. I saw front doors that were open and heard others who were outside talking.

Then it was 9 p.m. and we shut it down. Kids in the area have to get their sleep, after all.
