How about we FORCE the States to take back their responsibilities.

For example, welfare at the federal level should be Un-Constitutional.
Why? Because it enables thieves in one State to steal money
from the folks in the other States to prop up their ideal of the
'perfect' welfare State.

I don't want the States to just 'get back their rights'.
I want them forced to deal with their responsibilities.

(I especially am TIRED of having my money stolen and given to welfare
addicts or misappropriated on things like 'green energy' which won't work.)
