This is 640,000 kids not going to school today. A big problem for all those parents who usually get to use the school as a baby sitting service.

NYC received the same threat & they are treating it as a hoax.

Schools in Los Angeles will be closed because of a bomb threat called in to a school board member
Tuesday, December 15, 2015 10:16 AM EST
All public schools in Los Angeles will be closed on Tuesday because of a bomb threat telephoned to a member of the school board, the Los Angeles Police Department said.

Students and teachers were told to stay away from all the schools and campuses in the Los Angeles Unified School District.
The police were to hold a news conference soon to provide details.
