1. It's not ok to point a gun at a cop just because you are wearing headphones.

2. A pellet gun fires a projectile can reach velocities between 600 and 800 fps. A .38 cal revolver shoots a projectile between 700-900 fps. In addition, there is no way of telling whether or not the pellet gun is loaded from any distance.

3. As far as the excuse that the man did not hear the cop because he had on headphones, if he had walked out in front of a car because he had on headphones who's fault would it have been.

Im not saying the cop is innocent. What I am saying is that you have a tendency to convict without thinking or waiting for all the information.
