I think breathalyzers should be installed in every car, just like seat belts.

...how about we put breathalyzers in voting booths?

How to save more than 10,000 lives a year in USA.

I think breathalyzers should be installed in every car, just like seat belts. Think of the lives & money saved.
This wouldn't single anyone, yet it would protect all drivers & passengers.

Nationally, more than 10,000 people die each year in drunk driving crashes. The associated "societal cost" is estimated to be $37 billion annually.
