We do have a problem and it is a concern requiring more security. It's not new, we've had it for nearly two generations. Our collective political leaders have lacked the incentive to fix it. Sumggled drugs have cost us a fortune in medical, judicial and penal costs. $Bs are lost to the black market that otherwise would be spent on consumer products many providing taxes to support goverment at all levels. Illegal immigration has lost us jobs to the black market - which is more lost taxes. Re: ISIS. Tighten immigration and boarders against any and all, not just out of concern for potential Muslim terrorists but for all undesirables. That does not require a religious test, it requires poltical will incentived by public pressure. It's an economic, societal and security imperative. ISIS can and will likely cause great harm through radicalism of a few of our citizens. We can sustain our values w/o going all McCarthy. BTW doesn't Sen.Cruz look a lot like McCarthy?
