Because they suck so much, there should also be a background check to their years in high school for past behavior. There should also be a psychological test, and to also weed out racists. We can't have assholes who get guns and the right to use them, to be shooting 16 times at a guy on the ground, not moving, or shooting at someone trying to get his license out of his car at a gas station, because the cop asked him to. How more stupid can they be?
Those and the cameras everywhere will help in weeding out the criminal schmucks in the police forces around the country.
