Apparently when you cannot question the science, you question the motives of the scientists.

Who will guard the American people from these enfeebled guards? Who will protect us from the Sugar lobby or the Oil lobby, or the Natural Gas lobby?

Nobody spends money buying Senators and Congressman for the public good. You buy influence for your own good.
