Morocco.
15,000 Moroccans are part of ISIS. No wonder France, with its ancestral ties to Morocco, has a problem - on top of the hundreds of its own people. A number of the murderers in the recent rampage were French/Belgian of Moroccan descent.
Number two is Tunisia with 3,000.
Old buddy Saudi Arabia is in third with 2,500.
