I think it is now inevitable that we will add ground troops in Iraq/Syria. Hopefully that will follow a commitment from a large coalition from many nations. Pessimisticly I'm not sure that will protect us at home. There are too many underclass malcontents and druggies here that are too susceptible to insserection. I find it hard to believe that recruitment here via social networking would be/is difficult. "Hey druggie I have what you want, meet me in Macy's parking lot and we'll make a deal. All you have to do is drop this box in the Macy's male dressing room. I'll be waiting right here with this stuff." Then there is skin heads, the Arian nation and other nut bags. We know how easy it is to smuggle drugs here; it can't be harder to sneak in subversives. Our porous boader is a serious problem and must be addressed asap (w/ or w/o immigration reform) as the cost to not escalates daily. It's like the old add: "pay me now or pay me more later."
