Obama said ISIS has been contained, and he meant in syria and Iraq, which is absolutely true. Their caliphate is going away. What you are spinning is bullshit. Mosul is next, then the areas around Baghdad. That's the caliphate getting hammered, and they have been, which is why they are going for terrorism abroad. But, we aren't doing it alone and on our own, YET. that will only happen if they hit us here hard, which I doubt. The Arabs with help from the west must do it for now.
Terrorism is a different story. Al Queada is still there and so are many others. Terrorism will never stop, only limited.
