Anyway, grandiose words by a bunch of murderers. I hope Congress gets serious and gets on with the job of giving the President authority to act as he should. These guys are not going away with aerial bombing. Ruqqa and the so called caliphate must be wiped. Then, they can keep yapping from holes in the ground.
But, we aren't going at it alone, so far, unless they hit us hard here. That is why congress must act now, before they HAVE TO DO IT!
