The removal of troops from Iraq had been agreed upon since Bush was in office, and it was based on the FACT that tne Iraqis would not allow excemption from prosecution to remaining US troops in Iraq.

Obama, just like Bush would not allow US troops to be tried and sentenced by Iraqi courts for ANYTHING.

You are ignorant, make your own facts and come up with stupid statements.

The congress would be happy and elated to get rid of the terrorists but YOUR GUY OBAMA ran a campaign based on getting out of the middle east and letting all the other Muslim countries deal with the problem.
