Jackass republican judges legislating.

The SCOTUS will set them straight most likely.

And Trumpo suggested the "wetback" treatment for 11 million illegal aliens in this country.

He also suggested the minimum wage stay at $7.5. Why? Because he thinks we can compete with the third and fourth worlds out there and bring those kinds of jobs here. In a few words, he wants to keep and create even more of an underclass of people here, drones, in order to make buttons and other shit that is made for nothing in other shitholes. Man is a fkng moron.

And no moderator, business idiots themselves, asked him what that kind of situation would make America look like in 20 years.

Court upholds block on Obama's immigration plan

Washington (CNN)A federal appeals court said President Barack Obama's controversial executive actions on immigration -- aimed at easing deportation threats for millions of undocumented immigrants -- must remain blocked.

On Monday night, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled 2-1 that a lower court did not "abuse its discretion" when it said challengers to the law were likely to succeed in their claim that the programs were unlawful because they didn't comply with the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), a law that sets forward how federal agencies can establish regulations.
