And I must apologize for this thought. As Jindal was pontificating I wondered how much money would flow into State and Local govs. if all gas stations, convenience stores and strip motels had to pay sales taxes on all their actual sales. On what their real payroll taxes should be. On how much federal income tax is avoided. There can not be more than 11 adult u.s.citizens that don't know what goes on in these cash businesses. What would happen if no one paid cash and only used credit/debit/digital payment?
