Took advantage of the system?
He doesn't go to work, he plays the system, and he lies about how and why his parents came to America. The guy is a young bullshitter from south florida, who thinks he's still in the hood playing games. I know those quite well.
People from south florida have NO FKNG CLUE about anything other than their salsa, their cafe con lecce, and the beach. Literally, especially the spaniards. Europe is like the Moon to them, and so is the rest of the world.
The reason they did away, I think Bush the Great did it, with emissions controls and inspections on cars, was because everybody went around the system, and got their cars valid inspections. They didn't want to spend the money to do what New York has which ties into the state computer in order to go through an inspection. Every shop that does inspections has a computer to do that. The result is CLEAN AIR. New York City smells way better than any Miami highway. The soot that collects on decks and tables outside in south florida is out of this world!
