Putin Tells Charlie Rose What He Admires About the American People

Let it never be said that Vladimir Putin doesn’t have nice things to say about America. Putin recently sat down with Charlie Rose for an in-depth interview that ended up touching on what he likes and admires about the American people.
And what did he choose?
“Creativity.”
No, seriously, the one thing Vladimir Putin admires about us Americans is our creativity, specifically our “creativity when it comes to… tackling problems.”
He spoke of the “openness and open-mindedness” that Americans have utilized to “unleash the inner potential of their people.”
In the past, Putin regarded the idea of American exceptionalism as not a very good one because “it is extremely dangerous to encourage people to see themselves as exceptional, whatever the motivation.”
