If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us
Now, just because the blood Christ is applied to every one who calls upon the Lord to save them, does not mean that we do not sin.
We are SAVED by HIS GRACE but we have not attained sinless perfection!
A Believer has been washed in the blood and their name written in the Lamb's Book of life. The "old man" is still warring within our flesh against the spirit, which Paul talks a lot about in Chapters 7 and 8 of Romans.
Do Christians commit SIN? YES........ HAve we lost our salvation when we sin? NO!!!!!
Do we need to confess our sin to our savior and ask his forgiveness and cleansing? YES
What happens if we don't?
Our FELLOWSHIP is broken with Jesus, but OUR SONSHIP, our relationship as a CHILD OF THE KING is not broken!
When the KING'S children, let's look at Absolom, David's son, committed sin, and did not seek forgiveness from the one whom he sinned against, or his father the King, was he still the King's child?
YES.
In GOD's family, once you have been BORN INTO the FAMILY of GOD, you will always be a child of the KING even if you choose to live with the pigs......
