Like all the other big European teams, they now have a formidable front three (De Bruyne, Sterling, Aguero) and a magician (Silva) just behind them. Not as strong as Real or Barca, but about as strong as anyone else (including Bayern and Chelsea).
And their defence has also been strengthened.
Only thing they lack is height in the attack. Not a problem for dead ball situations but a classic cross to the head in open play is not going to work.
