Totally agree... Been a long since 1999 but after 8 years of this BS at the ITC i sure I hope IDCC does not try to appeal. Its wasting millions of dollars in legal fees at this point since the patents in questions expire in June 2016. The ITC changed in 2009 with the apple IPhone introduction and GOOG and other big companies controlling the information. I do have to admit the "world class licensing team" has not been producing. At a 60m a qtr run rate they should be able to cut that down to 45-50M without all the legal fees. Can't believe its been 8 years and didn't get a dime from NOK.
no surprises here...only surprise was if they won....BUT MAYBE JUST MAYBE.....this will provide the impetus to cash out the assets for what they are still worth [PLENTY]...looking for a sign from the heavens....like a few heads rolling down the mountain...qcom boys are firmly in control...lets make it happen!!!!
