ribit, in 1962 a buddy and I spent
over $3,000 on guns and ammo. (I
earned about $2,000 that year and
he earned about $3,000). We went
shooting every weekend and never
harmed a single human. We could
have spent that money on booze,
the brother of the chief of police
bought it for us, but we probably
spend less than $100 on liquor. I
still have three of the guns we
used but have not fired one in,
at least, 30 years. How come none
of those guns never forced me to
shoot someone or rob someone, I
don't know.
