Ain't this Brady Saga great!?

Everybody (at least in Boston) has an opinion but everybody concedes they have no real insight about how it will end.

Manhattan federal courts are notoriously pro-business when dealing with union/worker rights (the reason the NFL filed the case there).

Judge: Brady Suspenion May Be Dropped

U.S. District Judge Richard M. Berma said Wednesday that penalties against Tom Brady may be dropped due to cited weaknesses in the way the NFL handled the case. The suspension, which would have lasted four games, was upheld by Roger Goodell last month. Berman said he hopes to make a final ruling by September 4, which would be just six-days before the Patriots' season opening game.
