The number of hours that you work is NOT a variable in the formula only what you earn. Just because someone chooses to work LESS than 40 hours per week does not necessarily mean that they are somehow earning less than someone else working full time. Not all jobs pay the the same wages so your argument is based on a false premise.

Whether you work full or part time, it has no bearing whatsoever on whether you would qualify for 'welfare' or not.

...not true sportfan. If you work too many hours or make too much money ya lose ya welfare, ya free food and ya free gubmint housing and ya could wind up paying for your own healthcare. Professional mooches are not stupid.
