Hi clo,

I get it. But it looks to me like a reasonable thing to say you shouldn't be able just to drop in to give birth and confer citizenship on a baby. At one time, maybe not so. But now, the US is only a short plane ride away from everywhere.

I'd let the Native Americans make the decision.

Hi Cactus Flower,

Here's where the Constitution helps.
In order to change it, they need two thirds of congress to propose an amendment, then three fourths to ratify an amendment.

This was enacted to have the slaves treated as 'people' instead of 'property'.

This will stand, no way to stop anchor babies.

What Trump did, was to shrink 'any' republicans' chance to win the Oval.
To 'win' 45% of Hispanic votes are needed. Trump is LESS popular than Romney...
