In fact, one night, I was with friends from the US at a tavern in the northern suburbs of Athens, and once the servers realized there were Americans there, a rare specimen in Greece these times, they started making inferences to "one for America", and at some point one of them came out draped in the American flag.
They are all feeling obliged because they know Obama saved them from Merkel, the German bitch, and her troll Finance minister Scheuble. The deal would have never taken place if "the jew", according to the cat, i.e. Jack Lew, hadn't made a number of trips to "talk" with these assholes and educate them as to the value of having Greece on our side.
Anyway, it was nice to see Americans being celebrated in a country that has hated America since the 1967 coup we supported, and the events in Cyprus with Kissinger's finger in the shithole.
