...there are no Attention Deficit Disorder Jobs or Jails. If somebody doesn't introduce this kid to reality someday you will get to read about him shooting up his school or a movie theatre or something worse.

The child suffers from Post Traumatic Stress & also has ADHD. So he cuffs the child behind his back, on his biceps with adult cuffs!
If this BIG Deputy can NOT deal with this little boy he needs another job.
Besides, when are the cops called in to deal with this sort of typical issue, with children with disabilites??
I'd like someone the deputy's size to teach him a lesson...

Kentucky deputy handcuffs misbehaving 8-year-old with disability as boy cries in pain: ‘God! Ow, that hurts!’

BY MEG WAGNER NEW YORK DAILY NEWS Published: Tuesday, August 4, 2015, 9:27 AM Updated: Tuesday

A Kentucky deputy handcuffed two elementary school students with disabilities for misbehaving in school — and he ignored one boy’s distressed cries of pain as he slapped on the shackles, a new lawsuit alleges.

The American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit against Kenton County Deputy Sheriff Kevin Sumner Monday over the two 2014 cuffings.

On both occasions, Sumner restrained the kids by forcing their tiny arms behind their backs and locking handcuffs around their biceps because the children were too small to wear the cuffs on their wrists, the lawsuit claimed.

Video from 2014 showed Sumner — a school resource officer assigned to the Covington Independent Public Schools — shackling a crying 8-year-old boy who has attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, which makes it difficult for him to focus or control impulses.
