...first of all just cause he says his name is joe blow don't mean that it's his name. He could be lying. Second you could not tell whether the guy had anything in his hands or not because the video is too jumpy. They probably were empty but ya can't swear to it. Looks to me like the guy tried to drive off and the cop shot him. It's possible that the cop got his foot run over or something ya never know. Cops gotta learn to be smarter about the way they conduct business is all. If they do't they will wind up in jail. IMHO you were more concerned with the races of the folks than anything else.
