they've talked themselves into a loss at the ITC....like the ITC was actually going to ban someone's phones in the first place....the most important thing ive heard in the last few weeks is qcom thinking of splitting off patent division.....direct comparisons could then be made to idc....and they wouldnt be favorable to QCOM!!!!
