...define 'non violent' for us. Is it non violent if someone grabs your purse and runs? Is it non violent if smeone steals your identity and takes all you have worked for your whole life? How about if we just tell the cops not to even arrest em if it's non-violent.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
Time to spend those funds in a better manner, instead of 'housing' a population for non violent reasons.
Once they have a record its much more difficult to find work & be a self sufficient member of the community.
