It does have a high toxicity. They would definitely want to extend the perimeter downwind.

But their perimeter is in all directions, which makes me think of explosions. It is identified as a polymerising type of chemical by firefighters.

The vapor pressure is 83 mmHg.

The recommended perimeter for a spill (rather than a fire) for this material is only 150 feet.

I assume that is for a non-burning spill? (I think the chemical has a fairly low vapor pressure, doesn't it?)

I was assuming high toxicity of the smoke and vapors from a burning spill. But again, I don't know a thing about this chemical so will shut up now.
