chapter 3 verses 23 - 24
23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.
24 And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.
We see in verse 23 the COMMANDMENT of God. It is not a suggestion for us humans. It is a direct command.
God said in John 3: 36 "He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. "
also in I John 5:12 12 He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
GOD cannot be any more clear for HIS WILL for ALL mankind. TRUST HIS SON JESUS CHRIST. He that hath the SON has everlasting, eternal life with HIM!!
If you do not have Jesus, GOD THE SON, you will not have everlasting life and the wrath of GOD will abide on you in HELL for all eternity. There is no escape and you will never die. You will be separated from the love and presence of GOD forever that you enjoy now because GOD THE HOLY SPIRIT abides here on earth with us. He will not be in Hell.
Today HE is calling you.
He is pleading with you through HIS WORD to COME TO JESUS, TAKE HIM as SAVIOR.
ETERNITY is forever. Your lifespan here is only a hundred years at most. Do you WANT to be without Christ and punished in that horrible place God reserved for the rebellious Satan and those angels who followed him and were cast out of heaven to earth?
The PAIN never ends. It is continual. It is utterly DARK. You cannot see your hand in front of your face. Yet you are continuously BURNED by fires and stung by scorpion like creatures. Forever.
That is not where GOD wants YOU!
Ask Jesus to Save YOU today and to forgive you of your sins and to be your Savior! You will rejoice in Heaven for an eternity because you did!
