...dealers must do a background check in or out of gunshows. Private individuals do not have to do a background check in or out of gunshows. It's the law and it's so simple that even you could understand it if ya weren't busy being obtuse.

...Im just telling ya what the law is sportfan, not saying I agree with it. If I were running the show and an individual sold a gun without a background check and a crime was committed with it they would be held accountable.

Don't call me a stupid dick, you stupid asshole. They tried to get gun shows covered a few years ago and the national Rifle Association lobbied and defeated it. And everybody knows that and that is why there are so many gun shows because of the exemption. Only in store purchases are background checked. You lie for a living.
