...ya stupid dick they do background checks at gun shows because licensed dealers are required to do em and most of the folks at these events are licensed dealers. The only people who can buy and sell guns at gun shows without a background check are individuals who are not licensed dealers.
...the folks who want background checks when transactions are made between private individuals are the big gun storew who know that individuals have no way to do the checks but the big gun folks can do the checks for them for a "FEE".
