You see where now that Houston and other parts of the state has been so hard hit by flooding that the governor and other Texas politicians are now demanding that Washington cover the costs incurred by the state, including the Texas National Guard and other state agencies that have been responding to these weather related disasters. Yet this was the same governor who just a few months ago was demanding that the Pentagon not be allowed to interfere or have any say over how the Texas National Guard was to be used:
