Question for IDCC longs

Folks; I bought the bulk of my shares in the early 2000's, but after multiple moves to new homes (and multiple buyouts of my online brokerage services), I can't identify my cost basis (I have a rough number in my head).

If I take some off the table, how will I be able to report it for taxes next year?

Is there a long-term price chart online somewhere?

TIA and good luck to all longs!
