Bush's busy role on corporate boards could become 2016 issue

Jeb Bush may have spread himself a little too thin by serving on at least 15 corporate boards—some of
which may have given him less than savory connections. He joined the board of at least one company, InnoVida, despite signs that the CEO’s prior venture dissolved amid fraud allegations. The CEO, Claudio Osorio, is now serving 12.5 years in prison. At least five of the companies have faced class-action lawsuits. “Gov. Bush has always conducted his business with the highest integrity and performance, just as he did when he served as Florida’s chief executive for eight successful years,” a Bush spokeswoman said in a statement.
