What happens now is that if the bill is to be taken forward it will have to be reviewed by committees and subcommittees and will be opened up for debate, which is a good thing.

...unlike obamacare which we had to pass to find out what's in it???

The only thing that is 'dead' is the authorization to 'fast-track' the trade bill thru Congress. What happens now is that if the bill is to be taken forward it will have to be reviewed by committees and subcommittees and will be opened up for debate, which is a good thing.
