i see that Ericsson is accusing apple of infringing 41 patents....seems like a better strategy than trying to enforce one ore two patents at a time....if we truly have hundreds if not thousands of infringed patents....why not throw out 25 patents the next time we sue someone.....it doesnt have to be 25 of our best....the jury will surely get tired of hearing the run around from the defense attorneys....and figure that idcc probably did something in the last 44 years to warrant a pay-check
