Seems as if Blumenthal wrote the headline before the article.
His quotes actually don't exist.
And his conclusions about the Chief Justice seem totally unwarranted and totally unsupported.
The Chief Justice is no political hack or ideological demigod.
His decisions seem to be on Constitutional grounds are beyond politics.
