hi clo,

i've read and listened to what i can. i can make little sense of it. it is not clear how or why this person was hurt. and therefore it appears impossible to have an opinion about the validity of the charges.

the issue of whether he was wrongfully arrested is not worth the time. that ought to be a knuckle-rap issue, at worst. oh. it was the wrong sort of knife.

the major issue is how and why the guy was injured once he was under arrest. so far i've heard nothing to explain it. does anyone know whether the driver operated the van in a fashion designed to cause harm to the victim?

At first blush, the officers had NO reason to arrest him. They lied, he had a legal knife, closed in his pocket.

The prosecutor is from a family of five generations in the police force. Both of her parents & grandfather were officers.

She has been using independent investigators & the aid of the sheriff's dept.

The charges appear balanced based of the info so far.
I hope you watch her announcement, its worth the 5 minutes.
