...you don't have any idea how bad he was or was not injured. My original analysis was that he got a wagon whippin but there were other prisoners in the wagon who did not get injured so that may not be the case. Kicking out the windows or banging their heads around to look as if they have been victims of police brutality is another tactic commonly employed by gentle giants.
