...they don't know that Freddie was murdered. I suspect that he was, but we don't know that or at least we cannot prove that at this time. The prosecution only gets one bite at the apple. If they arrest before they have the evidence to convict the bad guy has the right to a 'speedy trial' and the end result would likely be a non indictment or a not guilty verdict.

First let me be clear, I am OPPOSED to the rioting & looting!

Now, with that said, how would cops behave IF a cop was killed & a week passed without an arrest, especially when they knew who was responsible/with him at the time of his death...
